Shipping Policy

Our deliveries are free of charge for orders over 50 Qar. Delivery times vary depending on the time of day you place your order.

Doha City

Order before 5 pm the delivery time will be next day. ( 1-2 Working Days)
Order after 5 pm the delivery time will be after next day. ( 1-2 Working Days)

Express Delivery :

Order before 5 pm the delivery time will be same day. ( Same Day)
Order after 5 pm the delivery time will be next day. ( 1 Day )

Other Cities:

Delivery time will be in 4 days. ( 1-4 Working Days)

If you would like to receive faster same day delivery service than these delivery times, our express delivery fee is QAR 25 per delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

The first priority for Halilstore is always customer satisfaction. If you have any problems with the product you have received, please contact us at info@haliltrading.com and lpo2@haliltrading.com.

You have 14 days from the delivery of the order for the return of the products. After delivery, the storage and preservation of the products in accordance with the storage conditions belongs to the customer.

For the return of the products, the packaging must be as delivered, unused and unopened. If you experience a quality problem when the product you purchased is unpacked, please let us know.

In accordance with the return policy, you must return the products with your delivery receipt declaring that the products were received on halilstore.com.

Refunds are made only in cash upon approval of the request received by us. During the return of the products to our courier, your cash refund is made 100% with the return delivery confirmation.
